细菌素是由某些细菌在代谢过程中产生的一类具有抗菌活性的蛋白质或多肽,变异链球菌产生的细菌素称为变链素。变链素可能与口腔生物膜中变异链球菌的致龋性及其在牙面的定植有关。目前已有多种变链素被分离、纯化并完成了基因序列和氨基酸序列的测定,变链素与密度感应调控系统的关系及在新型抗菌制剂研发中的应用价值已受到人们关注。本文就密度感应相关变链素及其作用的研究现状作一综述。
Bacteriocin is produced by certain bacteria in the metabolism of a class of antibacterial activity of proteins or peptides, Streptococcus mutans bacteriocin known as the variable chain element. Variable streptozotocin may be related to the cariogenicity of Streptococcus mutans in oral biofilms and their colonization on the tooth surface. At present, many kinds of variable linkages have been isolated and purified, and the determination of gene sequence and amino acid sequence has been completed. The relationship between variable linkages and density-sensitive regulatory system and their application value in the research and development of novel antibacterial agents have attracted people’s attention. This review summarizes the current status of the research on the variable-density-related streptozotocin and its effects.
