当前高等职业教育的目标是培养高素质的技术应用型人才,培养适应经济社会发展的人才,而教学内容、教学方法的改革和创新是人才培养目标的主要落脚点。本文就当前高职院校会计教育中存在的①会计教育目标不明确②缺乏对学生的职业道德教育③偏重理论教学,学生的技能训练不足④师资力量落后,会计教师现状令人担忧这些问题提出了几点改良对策。
