为了优化大岩桐组培快繁条件,以其组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度MS培养基中无机盐大量成分、蔗糖、琼脂、6-BA对继代培养和腋芽增殖生长的影响。结果表明:MS无机盐大量成分和蔗糖浓度对继代培养的组培苗的鲜重、株高、根长具有显著影响;6-BA对腋芽再生增殖倍数影响极显著,MS培养基使用1/2浓度的无机盐大量成分,添加40 g/L蔗糖、6.0 g/L琼脂配合0.2 mg/L 6-BA可以取得较好的继代培养和腋芽增殖效果。
In order to optimize the conditions of tissue culture and propagation, the effect of inorganic salts, sucrose, agar and 6-BA on the proliferation and proliferation of axillary buds in different concentrations of MS medium was studied.
