近年来,我区在“努力快发展,全面建小康”的新一轮经济发展大潮中,坚持“全党抓经济,重点抓工业,突出抓民营,集中力量抓项目”的总体思路,坚持民营立区、工业兴区发展战略,充分发挥区位优势、产业优势、资源优势和人文环境优势,不断加大招商引资和民营经济推进力度,两年间,利用招商引资发展民营经济全区增加税收2000多万元,连续两年总财力突破亿元大关,区域经济实力明显增强。我们的主要做法是:一、理清思路,靠解放思想抓招商抓民营。思想的解放程度决定一个地区经济发展的速度。借助“既有发展空间,又有区位优势”的区情和中心城市的辐射功能,我们把大力招商引资,积极发展民营经济作为加快全区经济发展的必由之路。在全区组织开展了“郊区(永红)要发展,我该怎么办”等一系列解放思想换脑筋活动,在不间断地解放思想中统一思想,凝聚力量,最大限度地把全区人民的聪明才智调动起
