这些年,随着社会飞速发展,小班化教学的理念渐渐踏入大家的视野,引起了很多教师对此的思考。所谓小班化,顾名思义就是一个班级人数比较少的意思,为的是让孩子们在这个比较有限的教学空间里能够有着更大的个性,从而开启孩子们的智慧之门,促进老师与孩子们之间的关系变得越来越和睦、友善,使得孩子们的学习空间更加进一步地拓展,最后,班中的孩子们的综合素质的进展得到一度发展。因此,在我们现在的小学语文课堂上,我们试图要这种课堂的教学优势得到进一步地提高,使其发挥出来,让我们每一个孩子每一分每一秒都可以感受到这其中的乐趣,亲身体验下那种民主型、和谐型、高效型的生命课堂。
