管道最优维护技术是基于管道风险评价的,旨在避免维修抢险的盲目性和浪费维修资金。通过对管道风险缓解体系进行系统研究,从费用、安全性和环境保护三个方面优化维修和抢险流程以及维护资金分配决策,实现以最少的运行和维护费用最大限度地降低管道风险水平。秦-京输油管道大都处于地震7°区,一小部分处于8°区,地震的影响较大。在风险缓解体系基础上,根据评估结果,以及要想达到的风险缓解水平,分别就活动断层、砂土液化区和滑坡地段抗震提出了相应的维护措施。
Pipeline optimal maintenance technology is based on pipeline risk assessment, designed to avoid the blindness of maintenance and rescue and waste of maintenance funds.
