1986年7月,水电部长江流域规划办公室和湖北省生态经济学会,以及江西省、赣州地区、兴国县水保办等有关单位组成调查组,对塘背河小流域生态经济效益进行了考察。该小流域经过五年综合治理,水土流失得到初步控制,农业生产获得发展,生态环境有了改善,能源紧缺问题有所缓和,各项效益比较突出。本文对它的生态经济效益作如下分析。
In July 1986, the Yangtze River Basin Planning Office of the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the Hubei Provincial Association of Ecological Economics, as well as relevant units such as Jiangxi Province, Ganzhou Prefecture and Xingguo County Water Conservation Office, conducted an investigation of the ecological and economic benefits of the Tangyouhe catchment. After five years of comprehensive management, the soil and water loss has been initially controlled, the agricultural production has been developed, the ecological environment has been improved, the problem of energy shortage has been eased, and various benefits have been outstanding. This article analyzes its ecological and economic benefits as follows.
