建立现代企业制度已成为当前深化改革的主流,这是以建立社会主义市场经济为目标的经济体制改革形势的需要。这一重大改革,使我们习以为常的企业政治工作的环境发生了重要的变化,其中势必涉及到企业党组织如何继续发挥政治核心作用的问题。有的人认为:建立现代企业制度,一切都要变,党组织在企业中的作用,当然也在变的范围。对于“变”还是“不变”的问题,笔者打算谈点看法。 以“不变”应“变” 所谓以“不变”应“变”,是指在建立现代企业制度的变革中,千变万变,企业党组织继续发挥政治核心作用这一点不能变。理由有三: 首先,在建立现代企业制度过程中,党组织发挥政治核心作用,是客观存在的需要,是由我们国家性质和生产资料公有制性质决定的。我国是社会主义国家,中国共产党在国家政治生活中处于执政党的地位,企业中的党组织,是党的基层组织和战斗堡垒,所以它是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是党的生命细胞。企业党组织是否具有活力,会直接影响到整个党的执政地位和作用。可见,企业中党组织的重要作用,是其他任何组织都代替不了的,这是我们党的一个特点和优势。这种优势在长期的革命和建设中已经得到了充分的证实。 其次,我们建立现代企业制度,并不是全盘照抄照搬西方的企业制度。正确的态度?
