以HBW160床身原有铸造参数为基础,利用AnyCasting软件模拟了床身的充型和凝固过程。依据计算结果和缺陷发生规律,分析了铸件内部的温度场和流场。试验表明,侧壁凸台处因补缩通道阻塞而产生了缩孔倾向。采用工艺优化,增大顶部冒口的尺寸,在厚大部位添加冷铁,可有效地消除铸件内部可能出现的缩孔缺陷,满足实际生产的要求。
Based on the original casting parameters of HBW160 bed, AnyCasting software was used to simulate the filling and solidification of the bed. Based on the calculation results and the law of defect occurrence, the temperature field and flow field inside the casting were analyzed. Experiments show that the sidewall bosses have a shrinkage tendency due to blockage of the constriction passage. The use of technology optimization, increasing the size of the top riser, chilled iron in the thick parts, which can effectively eliminate the possible shrinkage defects within the casting to meet the actual production requirements.
