对高职院校学生、教师和教学管理部门负责人的问卷调查结果表明,当前高职院校课堂教学质量普遍不高。为了提升高职院校课堂教学质量,笔者从教师、学生两个维度分别分析了影响课堂教学质量的关键因素,并以此为逻辑起点,从强化质量保证的主体意识、构建课堂教学目标体系、设计学生学习目标达成标准和考核方法、信息化手段有机融入课堂教学、建立激励和惩罚机制五个方面进行了深入研究,形成了系统而完整的课堂教学质量自主保证策略。
The questionnaire survey to the students in higher vocational colleges, teachers and teaching management department shows that the quality of classroom teaching in vocational colleges is generally not high. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, the author analyzes the key factors that affect the quality of classroom teaching from the two dimensions of teachers and students, and takes it as the logical starting point. From the perspective of strengthening the main body of quality assurance and constructing the target system of classroom teaching, Design student learning objectives to achieve the standards and assessment methods, information technology into the classroom teaching organically, the establishment of incentive and punishment mechanisms in-depth study of five aspects, the formation of a systematic and complete classroom teaching quality independent assurance strategy.
