开展了 2 0K以下温区单级脉管制冷机的实验研究 ,考察了直流流动对制冷机性能的影响 ,估算了不同制冷温度下制冷机循环的需气量 ,在对直流进行控制的情况下 ,采用 2kW (RW2 )和 4kW (CP4 )压缩机分别获得了 1 8 7K和1 4 7K的最低制冷温度 ,对应的在 30K的制冷量分别为 1 0W和 2 9 5W。
The experimental research on single-stage pulse tube refrigerator with temperature below 20 K has been carried out. The influence of DC flow on the performance of the refrigerator has been investigated, and the air demand of the refrigerator at different cooling temperatures has been estimated. Under the control of DC, The minimum refrigeration temperatures of 1 8 7K and 1 4 7K were obtained with 2kW (RW2) and 4kW (CP4) compressors, respectively, corresponding to a cooling capacity of 10 W and 295 W at 30 K respectively.
