建立健全财政监督机制是2005年全国财政监督工作会议的主题,更是当前财政监督工作的中心。部党组成员、纪检组长金莲淑同志在今年6月份召开的全国财政监督工作会议的讲话中指出:财政监督只有与财政业务管理紧密结合,融为一体,才能具有强大的生命力和影响力,才能更好地实现自身价值,这是财政监督工作的特色和发展方向,是建立健全财政运行机制的客观要求。在此次座谈会上,辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古代表汇聚一堂,纷纷畅所欲言,提出要从实际出发,因地制宜,围绕财政改革的中心议题,服务于财政管理,建立适合本省的财政监督机制。
