MCMs是一种近期研究发现的DNA复制启动因子 ,它在肿瘤细胞中高表达 ,并与肿瘤细胞分化程度密切相关 ,对男性泌尿生殖系肿瘤诊断及预后有较高的特异性和敏感性。
MCMs is a recently discovered promoter of DNA replication, which is highly expressed in tumor cells and closely related to the degree of tumor cell differentiation. It has high specificity and sensitivity to the diagnosis and prognosis of male genitourinary tumors.
