保障性住房关乎国计民生,同时也是民众所关注的热点问题。尽管近几年来中央政府不断推进保障性住房的进程,加大保障性住房的投资力度,但其政策落实在实践中,成效却不尽人意。在保障性住房的建设过程中,其制度、政策措施以及技术手段等许多方面还存在一些需要进一步探讨与完善的地方。
Affordable housing related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, but also the hot issues of public concern. Although the Central Government has continuously promoted the progress of affordable housing in recent years and increased the investment in affordable housing, the implementation of its policies has not achieved satisfactory results in practice. In the process of construction of affordable housing, there are still some areas that need to be further explored and improved in many aspects such as its system, policies and measures and technical means.
