本刊讯:全国控制社会集团购买力领导小组在去年年底以(87)控购字第16号文件发出《关于1988年控制社会集团购买力工作安排的意见》,主要内容如下。一、进一步提高对控制社会集团购买力重要性的认识近几年来,社会集团购买力的大幅度增长应引起我们高度的重视,各级政府要加强对控制社会集团购买力工作的领导,教育广大职工发扬艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国的精神,以稳定经济的大局为重,事事精打细算,努力增产节约,增收节支,以求得总需求总供给的基本平衡。各级领导要以身作则,勤俭节约,带领群众同挥霍国家资财的行为作斗争,支持控购工作。各级控购部门要充分认识做好控购工作的艰巨性。要采取多种形式,向各方面大力宣传控购政策,共同提高思想认识,以便得到各方面对控购工作的支持。
