2010年1月10日,国务院办公厅正式下发《关于促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的通知》,从5个方面提出11项具体措施,以促进楼市平稳健康发展,这一房地产行业调控政策被简称为“国十一条”。从“国十一条”出台,到住建部等七部门发文加快发展公租房,前后150多天的时间里,关于房地产的博弈从未停息。
