目的:测定肠激安胶囊中微量元素含量,为肠激安中微量元素含量与药理作用关系研究提供相关数据。方法:采用HNO_3-HCl(4:1)和HNO_3-HClO_4(4:1)两种硝化方法,用原子吸收光谱法测定肠激安胶囊中7种微量元素(Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mg、Ca、Pb)的含量,并比较两种硝化方法的优劣。结果:结果显示两种硝化方法无显著差异(P>0.05);Ca、Zn、Fe三种对人体有补益作用的元素含量丰富;而Pb与Cu含量很少。结论:肠激安胶囊中含有丰富的有益的微量元素,而有害的微量元素含量甚微。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of trace elements in Jingji’an Capsule, and to provide relevant data for the relationship between the content of trace elements in intestinal ischemia and the pharmacological effects. METHODS: Seven kinds of trace elements (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, etc.) in Chang Ji An Capsule were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry using two nitration methods: HNO 3 -HCl (4:1) and HNO 3 -HCl O 4 (4:1). Ca, Pb) content, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two nitration methods. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two nitration methods (P>0.05); Ca, Zn, and Fe were rich in elements that had beneficial effects on the human body; Pb and Cu were few. Conclusion: Intestine capsules are rich in beneficial trace elements, and the harmful trace elements are very little.
