目的:探讨大鼠发育过程中海马CA1区LTP的变化。方法:刺激海马CA3区Schaffer侧枝,在CA1锥体细胞层记录LTP。结果:1月龄大鼠海马CA1区LTP诱出率最低,2、6月龄大鼠诱出率均高于1月龄大鼠;串刺激后,2月龄大鼠平均峰潜期显著缩短,而1、6月龄大鼠无明显变化;各年龄组大鼠PS峰值在串刺激后均明显增加,但1月龄大鼠PS增幅最小,2月龄大鼠PS增幅最大,fEPSP斜率的变化与PS增幅的变化基本一致。结论:LTP随发育进程有明显的变化,2月龄大鼠LTP效应强于其他年龄组大鼠。
Objective: To investigate the changes of LTP in hippocampal CA1 area during the development of rats. Methods: Schaffer collaterals were stimulated in hippocampal CA3 region and LTP was recorded in CA1 pyramidal cell layer. Results: The LTP induced rate of hippocampus CA1 in 1-month-old rats was the lowest, while the induced rate in 2 and 6-month-old rats was higher than that in 1-month-old rats. The average peak latency of 2-month-old rats was significantly shortened , While there was no significant change in 1 and 6 month old rats. The PS peak of rats in each age group increased significantly after the stimulation of the skeletal muscle, but the amplitude of PS in 1-month-old rats was the smallest, the amplitude of PS in 2-month-old rats was the largest, and the slope of fEPSP Changes and PS changes in the same basic changes. CONCLUSION: LTP has a significant change with the developmental process, LTP effect in 2-month-old rats is stronger than that in other age groups.
