Disease prevention and control agencies (referred to as CDC) laboratories engaged in monitoring, testing, analysis and other work, the need to use a variety of chemical reagents, due to the wide range of chemical reagents, different specifications, it is necessary to daily use, but also a large number of storage, Therefore, these chemical reagents, especially hazardous chemical reagents, have become an important factor affecting laboratory safety. Laboratory staff may come into contact with hazardous chemical agents through inhalation, broken skin contact, ingestion, acupuncture, etc. Many chemical agents have different toxicological effects that may affect the respiratory, blood, digestive, urinary and other organs and Tissue may cause adverse effects or severe damage, and some chemicals may also be carcinogenic or teratogenic. In addition, it may cause some injuries that can not be immediately identified, such as poor coordination, drowsiness and the like, and increase the probability of an accident [1]. Therefore, to strengthen the scientific management of chemical laboratories to eliminate all types of occupational hazards should be the primary work of the laboratory.
