我国编辑出版高等教育起步较晚,目前普遍存在着学科定位不准确、培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、师资匮乏、毕业生分配难等问题。进入21世纪,虽然编辑出版教育有了较快发展,但在超速发展的同时,人才培养质量却难以适应出版产业发展对人才的需求。国外出版产业发达,出版高等教育历史悠久,培养模式先进,关注、研究欧美各国的出版产业和出版高等教育,借鉴其经验以破解我国出版高等教育面临的难题,意义深远。
At present, the editing and publishing of higher education in our country started relatively late. At present, the problems such as inaccurate positioning of the subject, unclear training objectives, unreasonable curriculum, shortage of teachers and difficulties in the distribution of graduates are widespread. In the 21st century, although editorial and publishing education has developed rapidly, at the same time of rapid development, the quality of personnel training can hardly meet the demand for talent in the development of publishing industry. It is of far-reaching significance for the publishing industry in foreign countries to have developed its publishing industry and publish higher education for a long time and to cultivate advanced models. It is of great significance to study the publishing industry and the publishing of higher education in Europe and the United States and to learn from its experience to solve the problems we face in publishing higher education.
