接触式热流传感器动态测量误差的解析式的建立是一个极其复杂的问题,作者利用近代传热学知识,结合具体热流传感器及对象来建模。同时为便于实用,求出了现场实用中使用误差的修正值。研究结果表明:修正值C与热流传感器和被测物体组成的系统的导热系数,表面发射率与周围的对流换热系数及温场变化等许多因素有关。
The establishment of the analytic formula for the dynamic measurement error of contact heat flow sensor is an extremely complicated issue. The author uses the modern heat transfer knowledge and combines with specific heat flow sensors and objects to model. At the same time, in order to make it practical and practical, a correction value for the error of use in the field is obtained. The results show that there are many factors such as the thermal conductivity, the surface emissivity and the surrounding convective heat transfer coefficient and the temperature field of the system composed of the heat flow sensor and the measured object.
