一、概述十几年来,汽车式混凝土泵在土木工程和建筑施工中得到了广泛的应用。石川岛播磨的汽车式混凝土泵的泵送能力已从12m~3/h 增加到100m~3/h,输送压力也从36kg/cm~2增加到65kg/cm~2。在日本和其他发达国家,汽车式混凝土泵已是混凝土浇注工作的一种不可缺少的机械,特别是在新建高速公路和铁路干线的施工方而,它可以使工程进度大大加快。因而,它的应用越来越受到公路施工部门
I. Overview For more than ten years, automotive concrete pumps have been widely used in civil engineering and construction. The pumping capacity of Ishikawajima’s automotive concrete pump has increased from 12m~3/h to 100m~3/h, and the conveying pressure has increased from 36kg/cm~2 to 65kg/cm~2. In Japan and other developed countries, the automotive concrete pump has become an indispensable machine for concrete pouring, especially in the construction of new highways and railway lines, which can greatly accelerate the progress of the project. Therefore, its application is increasingly affected by the road construction department.
