石明液主要成分为石榴皮、明矾。石榴皮含有大量鞣质、色素及微量生物碱,有较强的收敛杀菌作用。明矾为硫酸铝钾亦有较强的收敛作用。在血浆中加微量石明液,立刻出现纤维蛋白不溶性的沉淀物。为了研究石明液止血作用机理。我们分别用石明液,石榴皮煎液,明矾煎液进行了①影响凝血因子功能;②影响血小板功能;③影响小血管收缩功能的药理研究。现报告如下。
