目的了解高校教师职业紧张现状并分析紧张感的主要影响因素。方法从某高校选取178名教师作为研究对象,采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ-RSC)作为研究工具,运用多重线性回归分析紧张反应的影响因素。结果①职业任务、个体紧张反应、应变能力3个分量表的得分均略高于常模;②高校教师职业任务、个体紧张反应、应变能力的紧张程度处于中高度的分别占20.55%、34.25%、38.36%;③对教师职业紧张反应的影响因素拟合多重线性回归模型,纳入的影响因素为人格特质、职业任务、应变能力和性别。结论①部分高校教师存在不同程度的职业紧张感;②职业紧张反应的主要影响因素为人格特质、职业任务和应变能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of college teachers’ occupational stress and to analyze the main influencing factors of the tension. Methods A total of 178 teachers from a university were selected as research objects. OSI-R and EPQ-RSC were used as research tools. Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the effect of stress response factor. Results ① The scores of occupational tasks, individual nervousness and resilience were all slightly higher than those of the norm; ② The occupational tasks, individual nervousness and resilience were 20.55% and 34.25% , 38.36% respectively. (3) The multiple linear regression model was fitted to the influencing factors of occupational stress response in teachers. The influencing factors included personality traits, professional tasks, coping ability and gender. Conclusion ① Some teachers in colleges and universities have different degrees of occupational stress; ② The main influencing factors of occupational stress are personality traits, job tasks and adaptability.
