教学目标的完成,过程最优化的实现,固然与学生智力因素有关,但与学生的非智力因素,如学习兴趣、动机、情绪、意志等也不无关系。我运用“非智力因素的理论”做了一些调查及实践,发现“兴趣”是“非智力因素”诸多因素中起杠杆调节作用较为重要、关键的一个环节。前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基总结自己丰富教育经验时指出:“学生的智力兴趣越浓
The completion of teaching goals and the realization of the process optimization are related to the students’ intelligence factors, but they are not related to the students’ non-intelligence factors such as interest, motivation, emotion and will. I made some investigations and practices using the “non-intellectual factor theory” and found that “interests” are “non-intellectual factors”. It is an important and crucial part of the leverage adjustment function among many factors. When Suhomlinski, a former Soviet Union educator, summed up his rich educational experience, he pointed out: "The students’ intellectual interest is more concentrated.
