润滑油中磨损金属颗粒的浓度分析是润滑油分析的一个主要内容,也是监测机械设备运行状况的一个重要手段。本文提出了几种用于预测润滑油磨损金属颗粒浓度值的模型,这些模型包括线性回归模型,时间序列模型,灰色系统模型和神经网络模型,并对上述几种模型的特点进行了讨论。
Concentration analysis of wear metal particles in lubricants is a major component of lubricant analysis and an important means of monitoring the health of machinery and equipment. In this paper, several models for predicting the concentration of metal particles in lubricating oil are proposed. These models include linear regression model, time series model, gray system model and neural network model. The characteristics of these models are also discussed.
