大学生村官创业,一方面可以加速农村劳动力的转移,另一方面可以推动农村非农产业的发展。对消除二元结构、缩小工农差距和统筹城乡社会经济发展具有重要的意义。本文以湖北咸宁嘉鱼县大学生村官创业为实例分别用定性分析和定量分析来分别论述当地大学生村官所存在的一些基本情况和现实问题。并且归纳出当地大学生村官创业的基本模式,做出评价。对当前大学生村官创业存在的问题提出了看法和建议。
The creation of college students’ village officials can, on the one hand, accelerate the transfer of rural labor, and on the other hand can promote the development of rural non-agricultural industries. It is of great significance to eliminate the dualistic structure, narrow the gap between workers and peasants, and balance the socio-economic development of urban and rural areas. This essay uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to describe the basic situations and practical problems of the local university students’ village officials. And summed up the basic model of the local college student village entrepreneurship, make an evaluation. The author puts forward opinions and suggestions on the problems existing in the current college student village entrepreneurship.
