The characteristics of graphic method are expounded, the types of graphic method of discrete mathematics teaching are summarized, and the teaching effect of discrete mathematics teaching graphic method is analyzed. In the discrete mathematics teaching, the innovative use of pictorial teaching can turn a large paragraph of text into an intuitive pictorial representation within a limited time of classroom teaching, inspire students’ interest in learning, inspire their thinking and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
