随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,出现新型的建筑材料,促进我国经济更好的发展,推动现代建筑的发展。新型建筑材料以传统的建筑材料为基础,新型建筑材料自身的强度比较高,具有保温性和节能性,质量也比较轻。新型建筑材料的主要类型包括新型的保温隔热材料和新型的装修材料以及新型的防水密封材料等等。本文主要对新型建筑材料的特点进行论述,并且对其发展方向进行论述。
