高层特别是超高层建筑结构设计中,在结构底部常常形成短柱。短柱的延性很差,在地震作用下很容易发生剪切破坏而造成结构破坏甚至倒塌,无法满足“中震可修,大震不倒”的设计准则。针对上述问题,本文提出判断高层建筑中短柱的正确方法,并提出了采用使用复合螺旋箍筋、采用分体柱、采用钢骨砼柱、采用钢管砼柱等具体措施来提高和改善高层建筑中短柱延性。
