1981年8月24日,《水处理技术》编委会在河北省秦皇岛市召开了三届一次会议。本届编委27人,有16人出席。会议听取了《水处理技术》编辑部八个多月的工作汇报;通过了《编委会简章》;进一步讨论了在新形势下《水处理技术》的办刊方向;研究确定了1982年的选题计划和报导重点。
August 24, 1981, “Water Treatment Technology” editorial board in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province held its first meeting. The current editorial board 27 people, 16 people attended. The meeting listened to the work report of the editorial department of “Water Treatment Technology” for more than eight months; adopted the “Editorial Board Brochure”; further discussed the direction of “water treatment technology” in the new situation; Topic selection and reporting focus.
