“少年强则中国强,少年富则中国富”。共青团工作一直是高校教育工作之中非常重要的一个方面,在新时期,我党在诸多场合,多次强调发展共青团工作的重要性,尤其在十七大之后,对团工作提出了更多的要求。本文结合作者自身工作实际情况,列举了新形势下共青团工作所面临的诸多挑战,同时结合科学发展观理论,着重分析讨论了共青团工作在当下的主要任务和具体对策,提出了希望能对现实工作起到积极的意义。
