主要用X射线衍射研究快速镍电刷镀镀层的相结构及其变化的特点,用付氏分析法测定经50~450℃/1h真空退火镀层的晶粒尺寸,晶格畸变,用2θ-sin~2Ψ法测定平均的残余应力,同时用正电子湮灭法测定它们的多普勒能谱展宽S参数,初步探讨它的强化机制和热稳定性。
X-ray diffraction is mainly used to study the phase structure and the change characteristics of the rapid nickel electroplating coating. The grain size and lattice distortion of the vacuum annealing coating after 50 ~ 450 ℃ / ~ 2Ψ method was used to measure the average residual stress, and their Doppler spectral broadening S-parameters were measured by positron annihilation method. The strengthening mechanism and thermal stability were discussed preliminarily.
