1 临床资料:1988年2月～1993年3月共治疗慢性泪囊炎41例44只眼,右眼19只,左眼25只;男18例,女23例;年龄15～73岁,平均37.8岁;病程0.5～11年,平均4.1年;作过泪道探通注入眼药膏及泪道穿线插管等治疗失败者21例,其余未经任何治疗。 2 器材:除了探通泪道及窥鼻用器械外,尚需腰穿针蕊(以下简称针蕊)、与针蕊等长的硬膜外麻醉导
