系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种病因未明的典型自身免疫性疾病。该病传统疗法以糖皮质激素及细胞毒药物或免疫抑制剂为主,虽然能够延长存活期限,但是由于众所周知的严重不良反应,特别是感染,给治疗带来很多困难。因此,研究更多经济而有效的治疗方法,满足不同患者的需要,仍为当务之急。目前国内外已有用三氧化二砷(As2O3)对SLE动物模型治疗的研究,现将As2O3对SLE的研究进展予以综述。
SLE is a typical autoimmune disease of unknown etiology. The traditional treatment of glucocorticoid and cytotoxic drugs or immunosuppressive agents based, although it can extend the life span, but due to the well-known serious adverse reactions, especially infections, to the treatment of many difficulties. Therefore, it is imperative to study more economical and effective treatments to meet the needs of different patients. At present, arsenic trioxide (As2O3) has been used to treat animal models of SLE at home and abroad, and the research progress of As2O3 on SLE is reviewed.
