女性参政是提高女性地位的重要方面,也是女性人才开发的一个重要途径,更是衡量一个国家社会发展和文明进步的重要标志之一。我国女性参政的发展已取得了一定的成绩。本文通过对女性参政影响因素的分析,试图从女性自身、家庭、社会、政策等方面对开发女性人才、提升女性政治参与度提出一些建议。
Women’s participation in politics is an important aspect of raising the status of women and is also an important way for the development of women’s talents. It is also one of the important indicators of a country’s social development and progress in civilization. The development of women’s participation in politics in our country has achieved some success. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of women’s participation in politics, this article tries to put forward some suggestions on the development of women’s talent and the promotion of women’s political participation from the aspects of women themselves, family, society and policies.
