“法治”与“德治”对企业管理有着重要的启示意义,二者相结合是现代企业管理的基本理念,管理者应随着企业内部和外部各种因素的变动而对“法治”与“德治”的运用做出相应的调整。
“Rule of Law ” and “Rule of virtue ” have important implications for business management. The combination of the two is the basic concept of modern business management. Managers should follow the changes of various internal and external factors, “Rule of Law” and “rule of virtue” to make the appropriate adjustments.
