目的:研究在临床糖尿病患者治疗中予以临床营养治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院自2015年11月至2016年11月期间收治的68例糖尿病患者,采取随机数字表法的形式随机分为两组,为参照组与实验组,每34例患者为一组,将采取我院自行饮食控制的患者作为参照组,将采取依据患者不同情况予以营养治疗的患者作为实验组,分析对比经不同治疗后两组患者FBG、2h PBG、TC、TG、Hb Alc以及临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者空腹血糖FBG(6.71±0.41)、餐后2h血糖2h PBG(9.21±0.35)、总胆固醇TC(5.10±0.21)、三酰甘油TG(2.01±0.19)、糖化血红蛋白Hb Alc(7.14±0.34)以及治疗总有效率97.05%等对比参照组差异比较显著且P<0.05,表示统计学存在意义。结论:将临床营养治疗干预应用在糖尿病患者中具有显著疗效,可以有效改善患者血糖与血脂水平,显著提升治疗总有效率,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of clinical nutrition therapy in the treatment of clinical diabetic patients. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus admitted from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, which were the reference group and the experimental group, with 34 patients in each group , Will take our hospital self-control diet as a reference group of patients will be taken according to patients with different nutritional treatment of patients as an experimental group, analysis and comparison of the two groups after treatment of FBG, 2h PBG, TC, TG, Hb Alc and Clinical treatment effect. Results: The fasting blood glucose FBG (6.71 ± 0.41), postprandial 2h blood glucose 2h PBG (9.21 ± 0.35), total cholesterol TC (5.10 ± 0.21), triglyceride TG (2.01 ± 0.19), HbAc 7.14 ± 0.34) and the total effective rate of 97.05% of the control group showed significant difference (P <0.05), indicating statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of clinical nutrition therapy intervention in patients with diabetes has a significant effect, which can effectively improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels, significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment, it is widely used in clinical.
