依法行政作为依法治国的重要和关键组成部分,正在成为我国政府为民施政的重要理念和方式。依法行政不仅取决于执法独立的体制性保障,更要伴之以有效的执法监督体系。本文阐述了我国地方行政执法监督的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了完善我国地方行政执法监督的对策和措施。
As an important and crucial part of governing the country according to law, the administration according to law is becoming an important concept and mode for our government to govern for the people. Administration according to law not only depends on the independent institutional protection of law enforcement, but also accompanied by an effective law enforcement supervision system. This article expounds the status quo and main problems of the local administrative law enforcement supervision in our country and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the supervision of local administrative law enforcement in our country.
