11月5日,“穿洞墨缘”——安顺市一届二次老年书画联展在普定县举办。省政协原副主席、省老年书画研究会执行会长马文骏,市委组织部副部长、市委离退局局长吴贤仁,原安顺地区政协工委副主任、市老年书画研究会会长章士元,普定县委书记方东,县人大常委会主任杨崇刚,县委副书记、县长赵开运等出席活动。赵开运致辞,马文骏、章士元作讲话,吴贤仁宣布书画展开展。与会人员参观了书画展览并集中学习习近平总书记在文艺座谈会上的讲话精神,观看了《朝霞再生夕阳无限——普定县老干部活动中心创建纪实》,各县(区)与会代表作了交流发言。章士元代表安顺市书画协会向县一中、县二中、县图书馆、县文化馆赠送了书画作品。活动共展出180件老年书画家的书画精品及
