在市场经济中和谐社会得以实现的基础则是要素关系中最重要的劳动关系的和谐。而要实现劳动—资本这一对带有相对对立性的社会关系和谐共融,单纯依靠市场自发调节显然是不够的。为此,寻求长期动态的劳动关系解决方案,就成为政府的一项重要职责,也是衡量和评价一个社会是否处于和谐状态的关键因素。
The basis for the realization of a harmonious society in a market economy is the harmony of the most important labor relations in the factor relations. In order to realize the harmonious coexistence of labor-capital with relatively opposite social relations, it is obviously not enough to rely solely on the market’s voluntary adjustment. For this reason, finding a long-term solution to the labor relations solution has become an important responsibility of the government and a key factor in measuring and evaluating whether a society is in a harmonious state.
