本文论述了合理的规则设计是开放式基金在发达国家高速发展的基础 ,说明开放式基金的制度设计优于封闭式基金 ;分析了开放式基金发挥稳定市场的作用需要具备一定的条件 ,不能简单地认为开放式基金的引入有稳定市场的作用 ;指出构建多种类型的开放式基金是活跃基金市场的重要手段 ;提出要开辟稳定的筹融资渠道 ,以保持开放式基金能够稳健运营。
This article discusses that reasonable rules design is the foundation for the rapid development of open-end funds in developed countries, which shows that the system design of open-end funds is superior to closed-end funds. It analyzes that the open-end funds need certain conditions to play a stabilizing role and can not be simple It is pointed out that the construction of various types of open-end funds is an important means to activate the fund market. It is proposed that a stable channel for raising funds should be opened so as to keep the open-end funds stable.
