我国冲天炉长期使用冶金焦及劣质焦,故铁水温度低,铸件质量不佳,且造成巨大的浪费.为此,全国铸造学会曾提出生产铸造焦的建议,受到国务院有关部门的重视.1981年7月由冶金部、农机部、一机部主持召开了全国铸造用焦座谈会,广泛征集了意见.1982年国家计委正式下达了研制铸造焦的任务,短短时间内,鞍山热能研究所等三个单位已试制出第一批铸造焦,结果表明,采用铸造焦能获得较高的经济效果.据悉,还有一些地方和单位也准备或正在试制铸造焦,以及制订铸造焦标准.我们先发表此文,希望大家提供更多的成果和经验,以推动研制、生产铸造焦工作向前发展.
China’s cupola long-term use of metallurgical coke and poor quality coke, so the hot metal temperature is low, the casting quality is poor, and resulting in a huge waste.To this end, the National Foundry Society has proposed the production of coke, subject to the relevant State Department departments. In July by the Ministry of Metallurgy, Agricultural Machinery Department, a machine department chaired a national foundry coke forum, soliciting opinions widely. In 1982 the State Development Planning Commission formally issued the task of developing coke casting, a short period of time, Anshan Institute of Thermal Energy And other three units have trial-produced the first batch of foundry coke, the results show that the use of foundry coke can get higher economic results.It is reported that there are some places and units are also preparing or are trial production of coke, and the development of coke casting standards.
