作者等通过对云南省伞形科柴胡属植物的调查研究,发现作药用柴胡的共8种,其中三种为前人未发表过的新种,我们定名为韭叶柴胡(Bupleurum kunmingense)Y.Li et S.L.Pan sp.nov.)、多枝柴胡(Bupleurum polyclonum Y.Li et S.L.Pan sp.nov.)和泸西柴胡Bupleurum luxiense Y.Li et S.L.Pan。作者等将此8种柴胡与我国《药典》规定的正品柴胡的原植物——北柴胡和红柴胡作对照,对此10种柴胡进行了外部形态、组织解剖、花粉粒电镜扫描和化学成分等方面的比较研究。本研究的结果为柴胡属的植物分类学增加了资料,为柴胡类药材的生药学鉴定提供了依据;化学成分方面应用气相色谱、
By investigating the Umbelliferae species of Bupleurum in Yunnan Province, the authors found that there are a total of 8 species of medicinal Bupleurum, of which three are unpublished new species, and we named it Bupleurum. (kunmingense) Y. Li et SLPan sp. nov.), Bupleurum polyclonum Y. Li et SLPan sp. nov., and Bupleurum luxiense Y. Li et SLPan.
