关爱一切学生,关爱学生一切,不仅是一种教育理念,更是一种教育艺术。爱自己的孩子是人,爱别人的孩子是好人,而爱别人不爱的孩子才是教师的崇高境界。那些在学习、思想、行为等方面存在一定偏差的学生,我们称之为“问题学生”。他们同样拥有一颗真诚纯洁的心灵,也有被尊重被赏识的愿望。对“问题学生”只有诚挚的师爱,才能填补他们心理的缺陷,消除他们心理的障碍。所以,班主任应当对他们给予更多的教育引导和关爱,最大限度地理解、宽容、教育,找回“问题学生”的自信。
Caring for all students, caring for all students, is not only an educational philosophy, but also an educational art. Love their children is a person, love someone else’s children is a good person, and love others do not love the child is the teacher’s lofty realm. Those who deviate from learning, thinking, behavior and so on, we call it “question student”. They also have a sincere and pure heart, but also have the desire to be respected. Only students with sincere “love students” can fill their psychological defects and eliminate their psychological barriers. Therefore, the class teacher should give them more education, guidance and care, to maximize understanding, tolerance, education, and retrieve the “problem students ” self-confidence.
