根据一机部车床行业重大科研项目第十二项“床头箱最佳方案的研究”,经过对214种国内外车床的分析,满足国家车床型谱规定而设计的CT6140车床床头箱的主要特点是:短链、低噪声、高效率、高抗振性。经山西省机械厅、沈阳车床研究所等30个单位鉴定合格,实测床头箱最大噪声78分贝(A),空载功率1.62KW(带挂轮但脱开进给),切槽长度210mm,超扭矩25％切削时平稳无振。
According to the twelfth item “Research on the Optimal Head Bed Case” of a major scientific research project in lathe industry of a machine department, after analyzing 214 kinds of lathes at home and abroad, the CT6140 lathe headstock designed to meet the requirements of the national lathe type spectrum Features are: short chain, low noise, high efficiency, high vibration resistance. The machine hall of Shanxi Province, Shenyang Institute of Lathe and other 30 units were qualified, the maximum noise of the headboard measured 78 decibels (A), no-load power 1.62KW (with a hanger but off the feed), slot length 210mm, Super torque 25% smooth and vibration-free cutting.
