变压器的性能好坏直接影响其供电质量,正确的运行和维护能大大提高变压器的使用寿命。一、运输变压器从产地至安装地点,可选择铁路、公路或其他合适的运输方式。当采用公路运输时,车速不宜过高,应在30km/h之内,以防强烈震动使紧固件松动或震坏机体。变压器运输前应水平固定,其倾斜度不得大于15°。装有可拆卸式散热器的产品,运输前必须拆下散热器。
The quality of the transformer directly affects the quality of its power supply. Proper operation and maintenance can greatly increase the service life of the transformer. First, the transportation transformer from the place of production to the installation site, choose railway, road or other suitable means of transport. When using road transport, the speed should not be too high and should be within 30km/h to prevent strong vibrations from loosening the fasteners or damaging the body. The transformer should be fixed horizontally before transportation. Its inclination must not exceed 15°. With a removable radiator, the radiator must be removed before shipping.
