目的:探讨百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月—2016年5月赣州市人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,2组患者的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的血肌酐水平明显高于对照组,尿蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者血尿素氮的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病,效果确切,有助于改善患者的肾功能,对于预防肾病的恶化有积极意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: From May 2014 to May 2016, 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Ganzhou People’s Hospital were enrolled in this study. Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan. Patients in the observation group were treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group. Observed the treatment effect of 2 groups of patients. Results: After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); in the observation group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen between the two groups (P <0.05). The level of urinary protein excretion and urinary protein excretion in 24 h were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the exact effect of helping to improve the patient’s renal function, for the prevention of the deterioration of renal disease have a positive meaning.
