August 18, the National Bureau of Statistics announced in July of China’s 70 large and medium-sized cities residential sales price changes. Data show that in 70 cities, the price of newly built commercial housing (excluding affordable housing) dropped 64 cities, 4 cities were flat and 2 cities rose. As the first-tier cities fortress in the past housing prices, is facing the price of the encirclement suppression.
