本文以大孔聚氯乙烯树脂、乙二胺和乙酐为原料,两步反应合成聚乙烯乙酰胺螫合树脂。讨论了合成条件对酰胺化反应过程的影响,通过红外光谱分析,确定了螫合树脂的组成及可能的吸附机理。经ICP—AES法测定表明,该螫合树脂可从溶液中(pHO~3)选择性吸附AuCl_4~(1-)和PtCl_6~(2-)离子而不吸附贱金属离子,并具有吸附容量大、可再生、干扰少和满意的回收等特点,而且被吸附的Au和Pt离子均可用5%的硫脲溶液洗脱。
In this paper, macroporous polyvinyl chloride resin, ethylenediamine and acetic anhydride as raw materials, two-step synthesis of polyethylene acetamide resin. The influence of synthesis conditions on the amidation reaction process was discussed. The composition and possible adsorption mechanism of the resin were determined by infrared spectroscopy. The results of ICP-AES showed that the composite resin can selectively adsorb AuCl_4 ~ (1-) and PtCl_6 ~ (2-) ions from the solution (pHO ~ 3) without adsorption of base metal ions and has a large adsorption capacity , Renewable, less interference and satisfactory recovery characteristics, and adsorption of Au and Pt ions are available 5% thiourea solution elution.
